Hi, I had posted the following on another board, but am running late as it is and thought maybe one of you could help! ___________________________________ I want to run the Chicago on 10/10 and have been running 3-4 miles (sporadically) and have no problem with that distance. However, I waited until now to decide to get serious and actually begin marathon training.
Can I do it this late in the game? I should be at 9 miles this week, I believe (according to most guides).
Note: I am 32, female, no injuries, pretty fit.
