Well done on your 5K - doing well in your age group is always fun and quite an achievement. Keeps you going to the next level. If you haven't seen it already - Marathonguide has an age-graded table in the training section. It's interesting to compare your times to other age categories. And thank you for your good wishes for the marathon on Sunday. Perhaps they helped as the weather is now calling for cloudy - rather than light rain and less wind than originally predicted. So with no injuries, predicted good weather, a functioning Garmin unit and a great course, I'm left with few excuses. The only thing left is to run with "sisu".
