Well, there is my potential schedule through the marathon next June...
Schedule 1 and 2 are exactly as they were originally, just with everything starting on a Saturday instead of Sunday.
Before the schedule 1 starts I've taken the Walking-Running one and modified it, because I do a lot of walking to get places now, so I've started at short jogging/running now.
The only change I made to schedule 1 was I run a 5k on a 4 mile day and obviously, depending on if I'm going to go for time or just to race, I may or may not run the 3 miler, or full 3 miler day before it.
Schedule 1 starts Saturday October 9, Schedule 2 starts Saturday February 19
I hope to through a 10k and/or a 1/2 marathonin before the Marathon, which will be Grandma's Marathon June 18, 2005 in Duluth, MN
Could you all let me know what you think of the scheduel for the first 13-14 weeks, which was my adapted version of the walk/run schedule.
