on finishing your first marathon and doing so within your time goal !!!
My brother-in-law, who lives in Anchorage, ran that marathon too (he and I both ran it last year) and told me it got up to something like 74 degrees that day, a near record high. Wow, I thought Alaska would be pretty safe place to run in cool weather, but I guess not.
Anyway, enjoy your well-earned post-marathon recovery. Glad to hear youve already got a new running goal in mind :-)
