I heard back from Amanda (reservations@adamsmark.com). She was always prompt in her replies. This is what she wrote,
"There are rooms available for the dates that you have requested at the group rate of $89.00 per night. There are no rooms available at regular rates for this date. All rates are subject to availability. To make reservations, you can do one of three things. 1.) Call the hotel directly at 716-845-5100 and speak to an in-house reservation agent. 2.) Call 800-444-2326 and speak to an agent in central reservations. 3.) E-mail me the name that you would like to have the reservation under, address, phone number, dates and Adam's Mark location that you would like to stay in, the name of the group/conference that you are attending and any special requests and I can make the reservations for you and e-mail you the reservation number. You would then have to either call the hotel directly or call the 800 number and speak to a reservation agent to give them the credit card number with exp. date to guarantee the room. We no longer accept credit card numbers via e-mail as a safety precaution for our guests."
