I am concerned about my hair. It's falling out. When I wash my hair, it comes out. I am fairly new at running. I've been running for about two and a half months now consistently. Could the sweat and the heat and the new diet and all that stuff be a cause for hiar loss? I'm not on birth control, so I know thats not the cause. Its not in my family for the women to lose their hair. I'm only 21 years old, and my hair is falling out. Has anyone else had a similar situation? ANY advice is welcome. Thanks
