This happened to me, too. I was devastated. You have to assess what changes/ stresses your body is undergoing. In my case, I was incredibly stressed and malnourished. In turn, it was like a snowball---and I was in a downward spiral---more stress, craved more processed foods, hormone/ mood fluctuations... You have to eat right and supplement if necessary. Try stretching/breathing deeply/ relaxation techniques. I know that it's a horrible experience, but make some positve changes and your hair will grow back.
