I am a large man. 6'1/285lbs. I've set records in weightlifting since I was 17. I'm 22 now and quite bored. I've always wanted to be a runner but I just followed my genes to the weightroom. I can probably run about 3 miles at my best. How can I get that to 26. I know the pounds will drop during my training and that is not a concern because 285 is starting to bother my knees. I want to run a marathon!!! I need detailed advice as to how to incorporate a program. I'd be glad to teach u guys how to bench press over 500lbs if u're interested. Thanks!!
