I have the same problem in finding the perfect shoe fit as Greg. The last shoe that I found that fit my foot really well was the Asics MC-126. It had a fit where they were snug enough in the heel to not slip but wide enough in the forefoot area to not squeeze my foot and cause blisters. How I wish I could find another shoe that had the same fit. For reasons unclear to me Asics 'upgraded' the shoe with the Foundation which doesn't have the same feel as the MC-126. How great it is to find a pair that really fits where you can concentrate on running without being distracted by ill fitting shoes or shoes that only sort of fit. Whenever I do find a shoe that fits I know how Mr. Gleason must have felt when he said,"How sweet it is".
