Three months? Remember, assuming you trained well, you're already in good shape. Given a 4:50ish time, I'd suggest generally just pull back the first month, some nice tempo runs, allowing ample rest days (certainly until you learn how your body will respond). During the middle month have a longer run each week maybe SOMETHING LIKE 12m to 18m, then for the final month allow an extended taper. Don't wanna overdo here. And, again, until you build up experience to know how your physiology will respond, I'd encourage you to WORK FOR about a 5:00:00 finish -- so as not to overdo.
If you come out of this with no problems, then maybe intensify it a bit for the next one. But please consider taking it easy right now. Better to finish a bit slow on the second than to pull something badly and put yourself significantly out of the loop for several weeks or even months.
