I have this problem too, and I get chafing in all different spots (too many for band-aids, which fall off anyway). I don't have a good overall solution yet, but I have been able to alleviate some spots with socks. I have a Moving Comfort bra which is the best I've found because of the wicking fabric and it separates (better support), but it has an underwire that tends to dig into my sternum. So I stuff an extra running sock in my cleavage! It takes care of that spot, at least. I tried wearing another wicking shirt under my bra, but two shirts in summer is too hot, and it didn't help enough. Incidentally, I'm training for my first marathon and never ran more than 5 miles before this year because I thought my boobs were too big for long runs. That may be true, but I won't let it stop me anymore, even if I get a little torn up.
