Care Package

Hi Kara- I ran my first marathon about two months ago, and I can say he will be suprised about the amount of pain his legs feel about an hour after! So I would have some extra strength tylenol in the care package. Other than that I can say after the race I was exhausted. Just having somebody acknowledge how hard you worked can bring you to tears at that point.... so anything to show that you know how much he gave will mean alot.

My friend's took me out for a great lunch where I chowed my heart out- and could barely move the rest of the day.

Just offer to do all the driving after the race and you're golden!

Good luck to you and your boyfriend! Sara
