Hi everyone... I have already read some of the posts and got great advice. I am just starting...using the walk-run program. I hope to run the Abelene, Kansas marathon next April. Today I started with a 20min walk.... Can't wait to run, but I will wait. I have not run since Highschool and I am 35. Had two kids and neeeeeeed to get my old body back. I am about 25lbs overweight. First is this doable? Second can I do a 5k run in Sept. 11th? Thanks your responses and support are welcome.
