I am thinking about trying to run a marathon- i've never run in my life. I'm 5'5 and weigh 160 pounds but I think if I really set my mind to it, I can do it. I've looked at SO many books and everything says something different. I am thinking about following this training schedule from the london marathon link below...any thoughts?
