you have made it successfully thru your training program and now it's show time.
Odds are you were just having a bad day - we all do. Relax, enjoy the taper and start thinking about the race.
It's now time to be mentally envisioning yourself running the course and crossing the finish line. Every day do this little mental exercise.
Do not let the crowd suck you into a fast pace when the gun goes off!
