I've noticed 3-4 times now that sometimes when I am out doing my long runs I get chilled for a few seconds and then it goes away. I am in Florida so it's hot (91 F towards the end of today's run) and I sweat a ton. It happened again today when I was doing my long run (20 mi)at around mile 18-19. Does anyone know what's going on ? I feel strong, drink Gatorade and H2O as much as I can and had 1 Gu every 5.5 miles. My body weight is not too low - I could stand to lose ~ 5 pounds. Any thoughts ?
