I'm training for the Chicago (Oct 10) right now and have similar "chills". Mine don't set in until I finish my workouts though. It seems like after I finish a tough workout (of any kind) I get REALLY cold. After my 21 mile run this past week - I was concerned about possible hypothermia.? The outside temp was mid to high 70s. I don't think it was a hydration problem...but? I was still producing plenty of sweat but had to bundle up in warm clothes when I got home. It seemed like I wasn't back to normal body temp until the next morning... Any more info on this????
