Gemma, Let's learn to walk first....

Hi Gemma,

I wish I would have known about this before I started my personal health fitness endeavour, and that is... you need to take things easy and ease into a healthy life-style. If you want to run, I would try and start out walking.

Click here to check out a beginners: walk-to-run program

That is a great schedule for people who are just starting out... I take that approach before I would even think about running.

Now, if you are already somewhat healthy, and in half-way decent shape, you could do the program I'm on which you can find over on MarathonTraining.com.

Click here for the Schedule1 of MarathonTraining.com's running schedule.

Whichever you choose, make sure you start out taking things slowly. And when you are supposed to do a rest day... REST!

:)

Enjoy!
Trae
