LSD runs and getting support during training.

Hi again,

Boy, I just keep asking questions don't I? I am quite curious about when I start to get up in my mileage. Such as... let's say I'm doing a 14 mile run or maybe an 18 miler. How am I supposed to get fluids and such during those long runs? Should I simply stash water bottles along the way? Do any of you have family that support you by making sure you have fluids along the way? Or do you simply use something like the camelbak and/or carry your water with you on water belts. I think these would be quite cumbersome on LSD's. (Long Slow Distance) runs.

Thanks,
Trae
