Breastfeeding marathoners?

I was curious if there was anyone else who is breastfeeding and marathon training at the same time. I'm finding my 4 hour training runs are VERY uncomfortable. My son in a year old and barely eats anything other than breastmilk - so you can imagine how the discomfort is!

If my race is at 8am-noon and there is a 4 hour time difference, should I try to get him to eat less from noon-4pm in preparation? I realize that milk production is at its highest first thing in the morning - what happens where there is a 4 hour time change?

I would appreciate others experiences about marathoning and breastfeeding.
