I can't stop nursing completely during race time - but I will work more on distracting him. Now - is that the adjusted race time? The race starts at 8am, but that's noon here! At my last long run of 22 miles, my breasts made it! I finally found a sports bra that will work too. My son will be fine - I pump before races and long runs. And then he can get water to drink after that. I find he does a better job than my pump, but I'm betting anything he'll be too distacted to nurse right before the race!
