First off, good luck. Second, if you can go 20k, even if it takes you 2 hours and 45 minutes, you're almost halfway there. It sounds like you did 20k twice since you started posting. How long did it take the second time? How much was walking and how much was running?
In addition to the good info. given so far, I'd add that you need to make sure to rest enough before the marathon, even with your abbreviated training schedule. I'd suggest that at least two weeks before the event you start to reduce your running and to do even less the week before.
