Thanks CLC. I will keep everyone on this site posted of my progress right up to marathon day. If you don't hear from me after June 13th 2004, try looking under the Obituaries ...hehehe... Still very sore from the run I did yesterday. I was thinking of actually doing it again (20K) tomorrow. My mind says "YES", but my body is saying ... "Mike, are you CRAZY!!!"
