Pacing for My first Marathon

Hi All, I'm back with another question. I'm wondering how to pace myself for the marathon. I haven't really trained by heartrate - just by time and distance. All advice says to START SLOW; I'm wondering what "slow" is for me considering the following: my average 5K is 22:48; a 10 mi. race in 1:21; My Yasso 800's are at 3m30s; my first 1/2 marathon was 1:48. I'm averaging 47 miles per week with 2 20 mile runs under my belt and 4 weeks left to my marathon. I know finishing is the goal but i'd like to pace myself to reach a time of 3:40 to 3:45. Please advise. Your help is always appreciated. It would by really helpful to talk in terms of minutes per mile as opposed to heartrate.
