Based upon your stated half-marathon time, I'd think you're ability is between 3:50 and 4:00 (assuming you finish).

My advice: run at 4-hour pace thru 16 miles. Then take stock in your energy. At that point, you may wish to run the final 8.2 at the same pace or pick it up.

Don't get hung up on the time predictor tables for this marathon. Finish this one and leverage the expeience into the next one. (Everyone does) You can't improve your PR without a PR to begin with.
