As Ski says, your preparation is excellent. You might consider running a practice marathon. On your next long run of 20 miles, just keep going for another 6.2 miles! I did this before my first marathon and my practice time predicted my marathon time within a few minutes. The practice run is also a great psychological boost to convince you that you can finish. Just two caveats: Don't run 26.2 miles closer than 3 weeks to your first marathon (so that you can recover) and do stash a sports drink at 2 to 3 mile intervals along your run (so you don't hit the wall).
