LOL! Thats funny! Well, lately I've been doing twice a day workouts during my easy days but my hip muscle is acting up! Grr... So like the Kenyans do, I'm going to listen to my body and rest -- which is what you should do too I think (listen to your body I mean -- nobody knows what you can take more than yourself).
There is one more thing though... Why was my post moved to "bogus/fantasy posts"!?! This is a real goal for me! *sigh*
Oh well.
