I am slow! I want to be fast! I ran a 3:38 marathon. I want to run a 2:18!!!!!
My training is roughly 40 miles per week, at roughly 8:30-9:00 per mile. I do 800's at roughly 3:15-3:20 per rep.
Can anyone help me?
By the way, please don't tell me to do stuff like "run twice a day" or "run 140 miles a week" or "run your 800's at 2:10-2:15 per rep" because
a) I can't! b) That's too hard!
Can anyone tell me an easy way to get fast???? Supplements? Toys?
My slow times are hurting my self-esteem!
