You have set yourself a lofty goal. You might want to do as Bill Rodgers did. Run about 16 miles each morning and 13 miles each afternoon. Do that until December. Once in your race, move a yard behind the elite pack and draft them for 20 miles. Then make your break. Puff your chest out slightly at the finish to break the tape. Smile for the cameras. Kiss your metal. Cash your check. Start your own clothing line, with your first initial facing one direction and your last initial facing the opposite direction. Send your qualifying time to Boston before March 1, 2002.
