It would be taking the place of a 10mile day not a long run day. According to our training program I am running 23 miles the week before the half so I doubt I'll be in any condition to push too hard. Its not my main focus race of the year so I really don't care if I run all out. I'm doing it as a vacation family thing.
If I were not to treat it as a training run how much time between a half and a marathon would you recommend just as a FYI?
