I've done a lot of research on these... I looked at the iPod-mini, as well as tons of other models. The one I think I'm going to by is: (you'll have to click the link) THIS ONE. I found it on the net for about $187US which is quite cheap for the space it holds. The other cool thing about it is it has the ability to record from any source. Which means, you could hook it up to anything... DVD, computer, radio, whatever and record audio to listen to. I actually have a band, and I'm going to use it to record our live gigs. :)
I'll post back when I get it on my Birthday... and let you guys know how it works. I don't think you can go wrong for the price and it's 1.2oz.
