I've been using a Rio S35S for just over a year now. (If you looked at the RW article, it's the cheaper version of the Rio Cali.) It comes with an arm band and is easy to carry. It also has an expansion slot for an SD card, so it holds hours of music. It can handle the elements too: I wore it during a drizzly Vancouver Marathon last May and it came through fine!
