FYI I believe that TomB ran his last marathon sub 3:00 (2:40?) Is that correct Tom?
The key to his training seems to lie in his cross training efforts. Please tell everyone what you do with that TomB. I think it is a great plan for avoiding injury while increasing your fitness level. I'm still trying to figure out how to put more cross training into my schedule.
