I just ran it last weekend. It's a decent marathon depending on what you're looking for.
It's a smaller marathon, but not tiny (about 1,500-2,000 people). People in Cleveland are very friendly. There aren't a ton of fans, but there are people cheering you on for most of the way.
It's relatively flat, but there are a few hills and bridges that make it interesting. None of them are very steep.
There's a relatively long time limit (8 hours) so you can take your time or walk it if you're so inclined.
The water stops could be a little more frequent (there are 17 or so), but they were generally well stocked.
The weather can be chancy. The "typical" or average weather for that timg of year in Cleveland is good marathon weather (cloudy, high in the 50's). However, being Cleveland, you never can tell. The week before this year it was 80 and it snowed a few days after. So if you sign up early, you're taking a chance on the weather.
Good luck!
