Been there :(. Two suggestions to stop/minimize the chafing: 1) Body Glide 2) a more seamless top (for longer runs I use the seamless camisole by Moving Comfort). What I learned is this: alot of the dri-fit clothing (CoolMax, etc.) is great provided the stuff doesn't get too wet. If that stuff gets wet, the fibers get heavy and you get abrasion. This top has a diffent material/binding to the bust area that won't cut into you as easily.
