Need Advice on a First time Marathon choice

Hi, I have run several half marathons each year for the last few years, but still trying for my first full marathon.

Gotten close on 4 or 5 occasions, but always get injured or sick just before. My question is, can someone recommend a fast, flat, cool weather marathon in October, November or December that will be a good experience to start with? My half marathon times range from 1:51 to 2:19 depending on the temperature (I am very heat sensitive) and the hills. My goal is to run a 4 hour marathon. I am 50 years old.

Of the five I am considering, Chicago, New York, Marine Corp, Disneyworld, and Seattle, it seems Chicago meets my specs. Do you agree, and are there others I should consider? Thanks in advance !!!
