I would prefer not to talk about my teammates/sister in this forum. As someone who is new to running and has done almost no weight bearing sports for the last 10 years I thought this would be a great place to get some information. Rowing coaches know a lot about rowing but not neccesarily a lot about marathon running. I have very sport specific training and while I am in good shape for rowing I know from my team doctors that I am not 'built' for running. I want to approach training for this in a way that will push me whithout blowing me knee caps off. Thanks adeline for sticking up for me. P.S. selection for boats has not been completed and no one has been named officially to the Olympic Team.
