So apparently what I had was a calcium deposit of sorts on my heel and I now have 7 weeks and counting rest ordered by my Doctor. I am doing physical therapy, and they've allowed me to keep training on an Eliptical machine. Here is my question...
Where should I resume my training once I'm OK'ed to run again? I'm thinking I should probably restart the whole training schedule over again, but wanted to get some feedback from everyone.

Thanks in advance, you guys are awesome! I'm sooo excited about getting back to running. I'm also going to get a pair of custom fit shoes before I start back, and I hope that will really help me along.
