Help Me Do Well Under A 4 Hr. first Marathon

I'm training for my first marathon for April 1st. I'm doing well with the training program but my question is this: from all the predictors, my other races say I should finish between 3:34 to 3:50. As I train and enter times for my long training runs (18m, 20m) I'm now being predicted at 4:03!! I'd REALLY like to finish in 3:45 and hope this isn't unrealistic. Should I take the original predictor as my goal or assume I'll be slower now that I've got a real long run to compare it to even though it excludes all the elements of a race day. Thanks for anything I get!!!
