I am new here and have a ton of questions. Please help me. I am a 25 year old, mother of 3 boys attending college. I waould like to run a marathon in about two years. I am horribly out of shape and overweight. Is it too early to start training now? If not what do I do? How do I start? Is there any special diet I should follow? Should I wait until I have less on my plate before I even begin to plan on running? Which marathon should I run for my first time? Thank you. I will probably have more questions later. ~seckley~
