First when I reread my original post I realized it souned like I was saying that my 3 boys were in college. In fact I am the one in college. I'm working towards my nursing degree. Second, just how much extra should I be willing to pay for the custom fit shoe? Which socks would make a difference? The thing is I want to pay for everything out of my own pocket and have limited funds. Hubby would probably be glad to help but I don't want it that way. Thanks again for the advice.
