OK - So I finally lost 120 of my previous 246 pounds (in 18 months of running!!) PROBLEM: Still losing weight. I started taking off weight & running to fight diabetes. Now, I have NO idea what I should be eating, and I am worried that I am losing performance. I am trying to create more carbs in my diet, but it's hard to stay away from overdoing my sugars. Anyone else out there a diabetic? What do you eat? When do you eat? How many times a day, etc.? Currently, I am burning more in two days than I eat in three (From Fri-Sun I ate 1300/day and burned 1500/day). NOT GOOD... Words of wisdom would be appreciated....
