I'm currently base-building for my second marathon this fall. Right now, I'm at 15 miles/week up from a minimal maintenance program of 5 miles/week during the winter.
I've noticed that my grocery bills are increasing as my mileage is increasing. Since I took a new job this year with a pay cut, I need to save money in any way I can. Any suggestions on low-cost, high-carb nutritious foods would be appreciated. Thanks.
