well for the last year or 2 i've managed to stay at the same weight. i run all the time and work out. i eat healthy but have the occasional fast food or junk.
my height is 5'7 - 5'8 somewhere inbetween and my weight goes between 146 to 151. is that normal weight for me or should i try to lose more? i thought about losing maybe 5 pounds or so thinking it would help my running pace? any suggestions? other than that i feel healthy and great.
