Sounds a lot like me....=/ Im 22 and was a 800 m runner in High School and College, but always had more fun with the distance runs. I just started running again and can easily go 6-8 miles no problem, but Im wanting to go up to marathon distance, and at a decent pace.
I ran a 4:30 ish mile in HS and a sub 2 min half mile. Im just wondering what kind of goals I could put out for myself within 6 months of training. Can I expect to run marathons by then, and if so, what kind of times can I look for?
