The only problem is that I don't really have anything but hills around here. I really enjoy sprinting up them... but as you said, coming down is quite painful. For my shorter, 4 mile runs, I think I'll be ok. But when I start to do 5 and 6+ distances, I'm afraid I'll have to run other places. I'm going to check on a running club or something in my area. tx for the concern.
