First off, good luck and congratulations on taking the hardest step to getting fit (getting started, the first 30 days, making it a habit).
One comment - be careful when you're getting started about doing too many "nasty" hills. You mentioned knee pain in one of your earlier posts and hills can often make this worse. They also can put a lot of strain on your quads going downhill.
Others who post here can probably give more specific advice, but I wouldn't recommend running hills every day. Once a week is enough for most, maybe 2 days at most. And when you think about easy vs. hard workouts, almost any hill running is a hard workout.
