I was wondering what everyone thought about the Intermediate I Higdon program vs. the marathontraining.com program. The marathontraining program has a 1 week longer taper, the miles on Sat. (day before long run) are shorter and there are more 20 mile runs. I would think the shorter runs on Sat would be better, for me at least. I'll be running my first marathon in Oct and hope to finish in under 4 hours. Comments?
