Yes, 2 hours on the treadmill was pretty dull but they do have a cardio-theatre and I was able to switch off and watch the football. I did my longest run yet yesterday - 16 miles. (10 on roads and 6 on treadmill). On the last 5 miles back home on the roads I started to feel stiff which made running very uncomfortable. I wasn't out of stamina as such. Anyway I had to walk up some of the hills on those last 4 miles and found it a little tough. I'm now doing 6 miles nearly every day with a long run (15m+) on Sundays.

Will this 'stiffness in running' go away on those long runs when I have done a few more? It would have been very hard for me to go any further yesterday.
