Don't worry about the setback

Darren, don't worry about the set back. Get right back to it after you are feeling better. I have had several 1 - 1 1/2 week setbacks over the years and still had successful thons. The 2-3 twenty milers are very important, and really you do not need to be doing them until you are in mid and late march. 50+ miles per week when you peak is a good idea as the prior post indicates, but they can be done on 35-45 mile per week training schedules---it's just that you may not be as prepared and the experience can be tough. Good luck in your training! I'm signed up for London also. David
